mAdme Technologies expand with the opening of New York office

mAdme are delighted to announce the opening of their newest office location on East 45th St in Midtown, Manhattan, NY. The office is centrally located on the 41st floor of 2 Grand Central Tower just 5 minutes walk from Grand Central Station. With views of the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building, you are left in no doubt that you are slap bang in the middle of one of the world’s most iconic neighbourhoods.

With the recently approved merger of AT&T with Time Warner, along with the proposed merger of T-Mobile and Sprint, the US telecommunications market is undergoing massive change. mAdme’s Digital Engagement Platform, which is built exclusively for mobile operators, is ideally placed to support this change and help operators communicate with their subscriber base in powerfully engaging ways.

Already deployed at operators across Europe, India, Malaysia, the Caribbean and the Middle East, companies like Reliance JIO, Celcom Axiata and Digicel have been using mAdme’s Digital Engagement Platform to communicate with their subscribers on a daily basis on topics such as customer experience, customer value management and 1st & 3rd party advertising.

The opening of the New York office gives mAdme a great platform from which to scale our US customer base and better meet the needs of our customers in the region.

Also in the building are 6 other Irish companies who, along with mAdme, are expanding into the US market through Bank Of Ireland’s Innovation Lab initiative which was created to help Irish technology companies grow and scale in the USA. Bank Of Ireland is also providing access to its dedicated innovation and corporate banking teams both in the US and Ireland.
